Ruairi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and was admitted as a Partner in 2003. As the Audit Compliance Principal within the company, he is responsible for the provision of our practice´s overall Audit, Accounting and Advisory service. Ruairi is committed to the continued improvement and development of our internal systems so that his team delivers the specialist advice and quality services our wide range of clients expect, whilst ensuring all their necessary statutory obligations are met. Ruairi also has extensive experience in the Business Acquisitions and Mergers field including all aspects of financial due diligence and contract negotiations.
